INKCARCERATION FESTIVAL CAMPING AT RICHLAND COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS | 750 N Home Rd, Mansfield OH 44906
 

  • The Richland County Fairgrounds will host the campgrounds for the Inkcarceration Festival. There are 300 camping spaces at 1,000 sq. ft. per site and 200 RV sites with 30 amp power up.

  • General Weekend Tent Camping includes 1,000 sq. ft. space for your car & up to 3 tents. You can also put 2 cars & 3 tents. 1000 sq ft is yours to work with.

  • There are additional parking spots for up to (1) additional car if needed in your group but it will be outside the camping area.

  • RV Weekend Camping with hookups for water & electric,

  • Admission tickets are NOT included with your camping tickets, you must purchase those separately.

ARRIVAL

  • The campgrounds open prior to the Festival on Friday, July 12th at 8am. If you would like to come a day early you can do so, but there will be a single day fee of $30 that will be due on arrival. You can check in anytime between 4pm and 10pm on Thursday July 11th.

  • Upon your arrival, you will receive one camping permit and wristbands for all in your party.

  • To prevent abuse of camping passes, you must arrive together with whoever has your camping pass so you can all get your camping wristbands (See rules for head counts below for tent vs RV)

  • If other arrangements need to be made regarding late arrivals in your party, you must let the gate know and they will issue additional camping wristbands to you to meet up with your late parties arriving. It will solely be up to you to get them their camping wristbands either at the event or outside the gates.

  • If you have purchased multiple camping sites with friends or a large group and you want to be next to each other, please arrive together. There will be NO day of show camping sales so you can’t hold a spot for anyone that hasn’t pre purchased a camping pass. (This is a first come first serve situation, so get there early if you want multiple sites around you)

SHUTTLES

  • Free shuttle service is provided for those at the campgrounds. On Friday, July 12th shuttle service starts at 1:30pm. Festival gates open at 3pm. 

  • Campers are allowed to go back and forth via the shuttle to the campgrounds during the event with your wristband. The last trip from the campsite to the festival is 8:30pm. After that all shuttles will just be doing one way trips from the festival back to the campsites.


Shuttle service hours:

  • Friday, July 12th - 1:30pm - close

  • Saturday, July 13th - 10:30am - close

  • Sunday, July 14th - 10:30am - close

  • IMPORTANT: Starting at 9pm, all camping buses will be lined up on St. Route 545 (South Olivesburg Rd). Each Bus will depart to the campgrounds once they are filled and then will return to the festival to pick up the next group. There are multiple buses that will be making multiple trips to make sure you ALL get back to the camp site safely & timely.

  • Shuttle service is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CAMPGROUND CUSTOMERS; MUST HAVE CAMPGROUND WRISTBAND TO RIDE THE SHUTTLE; NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • All persons riding the shuttle bus do so at their own risk, Inkcarceration Festival is not responsible for any injuries that could occur riding to and from the event.

  • The shuttle is complimentary but keep in mind wait times could be longer then driving

  • Any fighting or misconduct on the shuttles will result in loss of camping privileges IMMEDIATELY and subject to arrest.

FACILITIES

  • Restrooms and showers are available on-site. 

  • Grey water tanks are provided for campsite customers. Please dispose of grey water at properly marked locations.

CAMPFIRES

  • Outdoor cooking is permitted. A 3 ft. fire pit needs to be dug a minimum of 12 inches down and leveled and replaced upon departing. Failure to do so will result in a fine.

Rules & Prohibited Items

  • For RV camping the max number of people/RV per RV camping pass purchased is 1 RV, NO TENTS, up to 8 people if you can fit them in the RV.

  • For each general tent camping pass - The max number of people, cars, tents for one general tent camping spot is 2 vehicles & 3 tents. 6 people MAX.

  • Tents must be set up 5 ft apart from each other on each camp site in order to comply with fire codes

  • For each camping/RV site purchased. This camping permit must be displayed on the camping unit.  

  • No Weapons

  • No Drugs or paraphernalia

  • No Aerosol cans

  • No Liquor (beer is allowed) 

  • No Pets are NOT PERMITTED in campgrounds unless it is a service animal. Anyone found to be in possession of a pet on-site will be evicted. 

  • No Fireworks

  • No Drones

  • No Four wheelers, golf carts, go-carts and other similar vehicles

  • No Fighting (doing so will revoke your camping privileges, festival privileges and you may face arrest)

  • If you see anything that looks suspicious, say something to management or the on duty sheriffs

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Generators may be run between 7am and midnight and must be attended while operating. Unattended running generators will be shut down. Please be considerate of your fellow campers.

  • Please contain all trash in plastic bags and place adjacent to your camper, near the fire lane, for daily pickup. 

  • Fire lanes must remain free and clear of all objects, obstructions and vehicles. Unauthorized vehicles in these lanes will be towed at the owner’s expense.

  • Food trucks will be provided on the campgrounds.

SECURITY

  • Security personnel are constantly roaming the grounds. Please be respectful. Should you see any situation requiring attention, please make security aware. 

  • EMS will be on-site as well. 

  • Security personnel use their own judgment concerning inappropriate behavior.

  • Security may remove any materials deemed inappropriate; any indecent displays, obnoxious behavior and indecent exposure will not be tolerated at any time. 

  • You will not be permitted to enter the grounds with any non-licensed motorized vehicle. Remember we are there to have a good time and be respectful of your neighbors.

  • All persons camping in or utilizing Inkcarceration campground facilities do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others.

  • While camping at Richland County Fairgrounds all local and state laws and house rules are to be followed.

 

Q: CAN I DRIVE TO THE VENUE FROM THE CAMPSITE?

A: Yes, but you will need an additional parking pass if you want to park in one of our lots.

Q: CAN I PARK MORE THAN 1 CAR AT MY CAMPSITE?

A: You have 1000 sq feet. That's 1 car and 3 tents, 2 cars and 2 tents, 3 cars and 1 tent. It's entirely up to you.

Q: WILL THERE BE A PLACE TO SHOWER AND USE THE RESTROOMS AT THE CAMPSITE?

A: Yes showers and restrooms are available.

Q: CAN I LEAVE DURING THE EVENT AND COME BACK TO THE CONCERT?

A: Yes you will have a special camping wrist band that will allow you to go back and forth but only via the shuttle.
